Ben trained me 3 times a week, every week, for 2 months. The workouts varied between strength training using free weights & body weights, boxing, HIIT & cardio and even pilates. He uses a very tailor-made, holistic approach which is something I rarely see. I was pushed to my limits (what I wanted) and was achieving PBs and new skills. He also educated and introduced me to heavy weight training/body building which has absolutely changed my life. Fitness & stamina was the best it had ever been and my body dramatically shredded (never thought I’d get there). Super fun trainer, manages to make you laugh even when he’s making you do burpees, and always listens to what you need while ensuring you get to your goals safely. Ive trained with Ben since June 2016. I am totally hooked. Great intense full body work out that shows clear results. You can make it as hard or as light as you chose. Ben pays personalised attention to each of us and he customizes the exercises to your weak/strong points and your passed injuries. After your first session your body will likely be on pain for 2-3 days, but do not let that put you off. It means it really works; very soon your body will get used, you won’t get sore muscles and you will clearly see the results. It is only up to 3 people per session (on some special sessions it may be 4 people). You get very personalized attention by Ben, who is very professional, knows what he is doing and he is great with people. Many of us are regulars, so it feels very familiar.

I have done body weight training with the guys for just over a year now, and I have gone from never doing a press-up to being able to doing pull-ups - something I never thought possible! Learning to like my body and to feel more in control of it has built my confidence so much. It is also great because the exercises are adjusted to your abitilies so you are always challenged and it never feels impossible or too intimidating. I would highly recommend these classes.
